The machine has a working width of 1610 mm, can operate at up to 12-13 km/h - if the terrain permits - and always produces an excellent result. This means that you can get a great deal done during a working day. As a rotary mower, the machine can deal with even the tallest, coarsest grass, also when wet. As a mulch mower, it cuts the grass several times, chopping it finely so that it disappears into the lawn. These fine cuttings make excellent natural fertiliser and provide good protection against moss. As an added benefit, there is no need to spend time collecting the grass cuttings.
It is simple to convert the machine from mulch mower to rotary mower and back again. In fact, everything about this mower is simple. The articulated steering makes the machine very manoeuvrable, which means that it is easy to mow under bushes and between beds and flowers. The machine is also easy to operate on account of its excellent stability and its broad wheels. Service and cleaning are no problem thanks to the frame (supplied) for tilting and moving the mower. Even the noise level is low, so the mower is a pleasure to work with.
City Ranger 2260
The mower can tilt up and rest on two support wheels making cleaning and mowing easy.
After lifting the mower it quickly returns to the floating position.
For extra protection against overheating of the engine it is recommended to equip your City Ranger with a top filter when mowing the grass.
The rotary mower can be changed into a mulch mower with a cover placed inside the same mowing deck. Mulching creates fine trimmings, which supply the soil with natural nutrients and reduces the need of fertilisers.
