TCO, emissions and comfort

The total cost of ownership (TCO) is one of the very important parameters when deciding on making an investment in utility machines. Therefore, we have compared TCO, emission levels and driver comfort of the new petrol-driven City Ranger 2260 with the previous diesel-driven Stage IIIA City Ranger 2250 and an alternative model using a Stage V diesel common-rail engine.

The new City Ranger 2260 with petrol engine means that you incur 2% lower TCO than was the case with the previous model and 12% lower TCO when compared to alternative common-rail diesel engines.

A complete series of all of 14 different high-quality attachments: mowers, sweeping and winter attachments ensure perfect results. With Egholm’s specially developed unique Quick-shift system, attachments can be changed in less than one minute.

An operation which ensures the best possible operator comfort. With an optional cabin, the operator is well-protected from all kinds of weather. And all attachments for the earlier City Ranger 2250 models are, naturally, compatible with the new petrol-driven City Ranger 2260.

Tests show that the new 2260 generation provides an improved user experience. With high manoeuvrability, a compact design and ease of operation, the City Ranger 2260 is almost able to turn on a penny. With an internal turning circle of only 1200 mm, the City Ranger 2260 is able to twist round lampposts and other obstacles in the cityscape.
